The Services are intended for business use by automobile dealerships, dealer groups, and their authorized employees, contractors, representatives, or agents.

Most information we collect relates to dealership accounts, vehicle inventory, platform usage, and business contacts. However, some information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, login activity, or support communications, may be considered personal information.

We may collect information you provide directly, automatically collected information, and generated or operational data.

Information you provide directly may include dealership name, address, and contact details; user name, email address, phone number, and account information; vehicle identifiers, including VINs, stock numbers, year, make, model, trim, color, wheel, interior, option, and inventory information; dealership logos, branding assets, backgrounds, images, or other uploaded materials; login credentials or access information provided for onboarding or integration purposes; and communications with LotLogic, including emails, support requests, feedback, and inquiries.

You are responsible for ensuring that any vehicle data, dealership branding, logos, images, credentials, inventory information, or other materials provided to LotLogic are accurate and that you have the right to provide them to us for use with the Services.

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect information such as page views, clicks, feature usage, image generation requests, stock number lookups, login activity, session information, error logs, crash reports, performance data, IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, general location information, API usage, rate limit activity, and system access logs.

We may collect and maintain records relating to the operation of the Services, including generated image records, vehicle configuration records, image generation history, usage limits and subscription activity, dealer onboarding records, platform performance data, coverage tracking and availability records, internal notes, support records, and troubleshooting logs.

We may use the information we collect to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; generate vehicle images, overlays, backgrounds, and related visual assets; decode, organize, and display vehicle data; authenticate users and manage accounts; enforce subscription plans, usage limits, and access restrictions; provide dealer onboarding, support, and troubleshooting; maintain vehicle image libraries and generated image records; improve image generation accuracy and platform efficiency; monitor platform performance, errors, security, and abuse patterns; develop new features, services, workflows, and integrations; send service-related updates, account notices, security alerts, and administrative messages; respond to inquiries, support requests, or legal obligations; and enforce our agreements, Terms of Use, and other legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, dealership data, vehicle inventory data, or user contact information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

LotLogic may use dealership-provided vehicle data, uploaded images, generated images, branding assets, usage information, and related operational data to provide the Services, improve image generation accuracy, maintain vehicle image libraries, troubleshoot issues, develop new features, and improve platform performance.

We may retain vehicle configuration information, generated image records, usage history, and related operational data to support repeat image generation, improve platform efficiency, maintain coverage records, and operate LotLogic’s vehicle image libraries.

We do not sell dealership data or use one dealer’s confidential business information for another dealer’s independent marketing purposes.

The Services may use automated systems, image processing tools, artificial intelligence, software workflows, or other technology-driven processes to generate, edit, standardize, organize, or display vehicle images.

We may process dealership-provided data, uploaded images, generated images, and related vehicle information through these systems as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and support the Services.

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain session authentication, remember user preferences, track usage for analytics and system optimization, identify errors, suspicious activity, or abuse patterns, and improve website and platform performance.

We may use third-party analytics or tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar services, to help us understand usage behavior and improve the Services. These providers may set their own cookies or collect information according to their own privacy policies.

You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but doing so may limit or impair certain features of the Services.

We may share information with select third-party service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the Services.

These providers may include cloud hosting and storage providers; authentication and security providers; website and application hosting platforms; email delivery services; analytics and performance monitoring providers; customer support, communication, or business operations tools; and payment processors, if payment processing is used in the future.

If payment processing is used in the future, it will be handled by secure third-party payment providers. LotLogic does not currently store or process payment card information directly.

We require service providers to handle information in a manner consistent with their contractual obligations and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to lawful requests, or protect the security and integrity of the Services.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information accessed or processed in connection with the Services.

These safeguards may include encrypted connections using HTTPS; access controls for sensitive backend systems; role-based access where appropriate; access logging and error monitoring; account-based data organization; and security review of platform access and system activity.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident involving your information, we will take commercially reasonable steps to investigate and respond, and we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve the Services.

Vehicle data, generated image records, branding assets, configuration records, coverage records, and related operational data may be retained for an extended period or indefinitely to support repeat image generation, platform efficiency, legal recordkeeping, and LotLogic’s vehicle image libraries.

If your account is closed, we may delete, anonymize, or retain information as reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, prevent fraud or abuse, and preserve LotLogic’s vehicle image libraries, generated image records, and operational systems.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to personal information we maintain about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of certain personal information; request a copy of certain personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; opt out of certain processing activities where required by law; and ask questions about how your information is collected, used, or shared.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling certain requests. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, contractual, operational, or business recordkeeping purposes.

Certain information shared with LotLogic may include non-public dealership information, business records, vehicle inventory information, credentials, branding, workflows, or other confidential materials.

LotLogic will use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, support, improve, secure, or enforce the Services, or as otherwise permitted by agreement.

You should not provide LotLogic with confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and the information is necessary for the Services.

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to LotLogic, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, inventory systems, or services. LotLogic is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the platform, or by posting an updated version on our website.

Continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
